Chef Bozze Hainanese Chicken Sauce

This sauce brings flavour and fragrance to rice with a touch of garlic, ginger, and coriander root. Serve with boiled or steamed chicken, chilli sauce and soy sauce.

Made in England by ‘Chef Bozze, the owner of The Siam Zaa Thai Restaurant, to a traditional recipe.

To make it even more versatile, Chef Bozze has now created an individual sachet (50ml) for a single use. To enjoy, just simply cut and pour the sauce over your boiled or steamed chicken and rice.
